Home staging is the process of preparing a property for sale to make it more appealing to potential buyers. People buy into a lifestyle. Unless they are able to visualise a space as their future home (can't see beyond clutter, unfortunate layout, outdated decor, repair needs, or just a style not to their taste), they will walk away because they don't see the potential.
